Professionally, I work in the dive world, helping Dive Centers and professionals grow their businesses, build stronger training programs, and hopefully make a little more sense of an industry that doesn't always make that easy.
Before all of that, I studied vocal performance in college, which probably explains why I've never had much trouble talking to people. I'm also a huge history geek, with a real love for travel and adventure, drawn to places, cultures, and experiences that feel a little more interesting than the ordinary.
The Mexican Caribbean still ranks high on my list, but I've got a soft spot for Central America and Latin culture in general.
I've been married to my wife, Kim, for more than three decades. Together we raised three kids: Derek, Corey & Kailee. Two grandkids now keep us busy on a lot of weekends, which is a pretty good tradeoff for getting older.
At the end of the day, I'm passionate about helping people, building relationships, and staying involved in a lifestyle that has given me a lot over the years. Welcome aboard.
